By installing or using the SnapAnswer browser extension or the website search.labkitpro.com (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
SnapAnswer shows an AI-generated summary with clickable source links next to your Google search results. The free tier provides 5 answers per day; a Pro subscription removes that limit and unlocks Deep mode. Answers are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete — always verify important information against the linked sources.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address. You're responsible for keeping access to that mailbox and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not create accounts to abuse the free tier.
Referral rewards. Paid subscribers may earn free subscription time (one month per qualifying referral, capped at twelve) when a friend creates an account, applies their invite code, and actively uses the Service. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, apply only while the referrer has an active paid subscription, and may be adjusted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and other fraudulent or abusive schemes are prohibited and may result in reward forfeiture and account termination.
You agree not to: share your account or Pro access with others; automate, scrape, or resell the Service; abuse the free tier with repeated resets or multiple accounts; attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or payment; or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the Terms or the Refund Policy provide so.
The Service (software, design, brand) belongs to LabKitPro. Search results and linked web pages belong to their respective owners. You receive answers for your personal use; you may not represent AI output as our guarantees or as professional advice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI answers are informational only and are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights granted to consumers by mandatory local law (including statutory withdrawal rights in the EU/UK).
We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice to signed-in users; if we discontinue a paid subscription mid-period, we refund the unused portion pro-rata.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence. Please contact us first for any dispute — most issues are resolved by email.
