Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-11-01

The short version

If a charge was our mistake (or our payment provider's), you get a full refund. If you tried the service and changed your mind, we don't refund — but you can cancel at any time and stop all future charges. This policy matches our Terms of Service; where wording differs, the Terms apply.

We refund in full — within 14 days

The following are our fault. Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and, once verified, we refund 100%, to the original payment method:

SituationWhat it means
Duplicate chargeYou were billed more than once for the same subscription plan — the extra charge is refunded
Billed after cancelingYou had already canceled, but a charge still went through
Technical errorA charge you did not personally confirm (for example, caused by a system malfunction)

When writing, please include: the email you paid with, the order number (from your payment confirmation email), and a short description of the problem. We usually process within 2–3 business days; refunds return via the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

We don't refund

Changed your mind after using it, forgot to cancel, or account banned for abuse — these three are not refundable.

When a refund is processed, the corresponding Pro access ends immediately — it is not kept until the end of the billing period.

In genuine hardship cases you may write to us and explain; we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or account credit — this is goodwill, not an obligation. If consumer law in your country (for example in the EU or UK) grants you a statutory right of withdrawal, we honor it as required by law.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time. Canceling means no further charges — it does not refund the current period. Either:

After canceling, you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.

Yearly plans — canceling mid-term

Chargebacks and disputes

If something went wrong, please email us first before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues are solved with a single email. Disputes opened without contacting us may cost you more time, and may lead to account suspension under the Terms.
